Annual Thanksgiving Basket Project

The Rotary Club of New Orleans held its annual Thanksgiving Basket Project on 11/18/21 with First Grace United Methodist Church, and Rotary Interact Clubs of Warren Easton and Ben Franklin High Schools. Volunteers pack and distributed baskets to 150 families in need within the New Orleans area. Each basket is filled with a turkey, various food items, and a gift card for perishable items, and is intended to help feed a family for the entire week of Thanksgiving. This year’s event distribution took place at First Grace United Methodist Church.
